Bells is a Junior in Branford College majoring in Psychology (neuroscience track). She is especially interested in the influence of specific social factors on adolescent brain development, clinical medicine, and the relationship between physical and mental health. She is working on the ABCD Study to examine behavioral and brain development in 9-10 year old children as part of a large national study to follow 10,000 children over the next ten years. Bella is part of the Yale Varsity swimming team and is involved in Camp Kesem, Yale Student Athlete College Council and Yale Alzheimer’s Buddy Program.
