Kristina’s research focuses on understanding neurobiological vulnerabilities for health-risk outcomes in youth. She completed her PhD at Dartmouth College, where she investigated the influence of exposure to food and alcohol marketing on the adolescent brain. In the FAB lab, Kristina is interested in exploring the contribution of neurodevelopmental trajectories on risk for future substance abuse. Prior to joining the FAB lab, Kristina has worked with Drs. Luke Chang, Morten Kringelbach, Alex Martin, and Kyle Simmons. In her free time, Kristina enjoys traveling, learning languages, and anything involving cheese.
