Link is a doctoral candidate in the Biological and Biomedical Sciences department at Yale through the neuroscience track. She graduated from New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study with a concentration in Neuroscience and Genetics in 2017 where she was mentored by Dr. Esteban Mazzoni. Link then went on to become a lab technician at Dr. Paul Glimcher’s lab where she studied how value is encoded in decision making processes in non-human primates. Link is currently a rotating first year student whose research interest seeks to understand how emotion impacts decision making and how this could lead to more impulsive choices. Outside the lab, you’ll find her eating ice cream, contorting and searching for new corgi friends.
